Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number are required to proceed.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, as applicable.
